What qualifies?
- Create original, family-friendly content about a sale listed on Estate Goldmine.
- Clearly mention or display Estate Goldmine and explain that it helps people find local estate and yard sales.
- Tag @estategoldmine and include EstateGoldmine.com in the caption or on-screen text.
- Follow the individual sale’s filming rules and never film private or identifying information.
- Keep prize submissions publicly available for at least 90 days.
- Submit the post link below if you want it considered for the monthly prize.
- Clearly disclose a contest entry, invited preview, compensation, gift, shopping credit, or other benefit when applicable.

Posts are considered based on creativity, authenticity, clarity of the Estate Goldmine message, local relevance, and overall content quality. Views may be considered, but they do not determine the winner by themselves.

Preview invitations are limited and based on content quality, reliability, engagement, and fit for the featured sale.

Creator Community Guidelines & Terms
Participation
The EGM Creator Community is currently intended for adults creating content about Sacramento-area estate and yard sales. Joining does not guarantee compensation, reposting, a prize, preview access, or future work. Estate Goldmine may remove participants who violate these guidelines.
Authenticity and disclosure
Content must reflect your genuine experience. Clearly disclose when a post is a contest entry or when you receive invited access, cash, a gift, shopping credit, or another benefit. For monthly-prize entries, use a clear statement such as “This post is an entry in Estate Goldmine’s monthly creator contest.”
Filming and privacy
Follow each sale’s rules and ask permission when required. Never film private photographs, paperwork, medications, security systems, access codes, or identifying information. Do not prominently film shoppers, clients, staff, or other creators without permission.
Content ownership and permission
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content through this program, you grant Estate Goldmine a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to save, reproduce, repost, share, display, crop, resize, caption, and make minor edits to the content for Estate Goldmine’s website, social media, emails, and organic promotional materials. Estate Goldmine will provide creator credit whenever reasonably practical. Paid advertising or substantial edits require separate written permission. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything included in your content.
Monthly prize
No purchase is necessary. During each active monthly prize period, Estate Goldmine will select one qualifying creator post to receive $50. Eligible posts are judged on creativity, authenticity, clarity of the EGM message, local relevance, and overall content quality. Views may be considered, but follower count is not a judging factor. Prize recipients will be contacted using the submitted email address. The program may be modified, paused, or ended at any time, subject to applicable law.
RCEL preview access
Preview access is invitation-only, limited, and subject to client approval. It is for filming only; shopping begins when the public sale opens. Do not reveal an address before its official release. Follow all RCEL instructions and tag @rivercityestate. Preview access does not guarantee exclusive content, first purchasing rights, or invitations to future previews.
