STRICT OPENING-DAY LINE POLICY

The sale address will be released at 6:00 am on opening day. Cross streets are Land Park and Markham. 

This is a first come, first service sale. To ensure fairness, no line may form before 6:15 am Any line, list, chair, marker, or saved place established before that time will not be recognized. Please do not participate in or honor any unofficial line formed early. 

The property is under continuous video surveillance. Anyone who violates this policy will automatically lose first-entry privileges and will be moved behind all customers who followed the policy. Anyone who argues with staff or refuses to comply will be denied entry.

In fact, this sale is SO big, we have enough to re-stock the sale EVERY week for MULTIPLE weekends! Make sure you mark your calendars, you won’t want to miss the amazing treasures we uncover!

Every table, wall, shelf, and corner is loaded. This is not a lightly picked house or a basic household sale. It is a true collector estate with layers of history, advertising, Western, mining, beer, bottle, and vintage finds throughout.

Important sale rules and details

This is an extremely packed collector estate sale with a large amount of merchandise, tight spaces, and many fragile, rare, unusual, and collectible items throughout the home.

Entry will be limited. Because the home is very full, we will be letting a limited number of shoppers in at a time and will move to one in, one out. Please be patient and respectful of staff and other shoppers waiting in line.

This sale will have a very strict no bag rule. We will not be allowing personal bags and purses into this sale. You may bring shopping bags or we will provide bags for shopping. All bags will be checked at checkout. 

We do not use sign up sheets, it is first come, first serve. Address drops at 6am day of the sale. No early line placement will be honored before the address is officially released. Please do not come to the property before the address is posted. Anyone arriving before the address release may be asked to leave and return after 6:00 AM. 

There is no public bathroom available. Sorry, no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

Some areas of the home are darker. We strongly recommend bringing a small flashlight or headlamp so you can see prices and details clearly.

The home is dusty from items being stored and sitting for many years. If you are sensitive to dust, allergies, please come prepared.

No children will be allowed at this sale. This is not a child friendly sale due to the tight spaces, fragile items, adult collectibles, and the nature of the estate.

No pets, please.

This will be a multi weekend sale. There is an intense amount of merchandise, and we will continue restocking and bringing out more items each week. Follow us on TikTok, join our email list, and check our website for updates, new photos, and future sale dates.

No discounts will be given at this sale. This is the first, multi weekend collector sale, and everything is priced to sell as marked.

Everything is individually priced. Please check the back of items for a sticker.

Do not create piles unless you are fully committed to purchasing those items. Please check prices before adding items to your pile. Do not place items on hold unless you are prepared to buy them at the marked price. If you make a pile, you need to be ready to purchase the full pile. We will not allow large piles to be sorted, heavily edited, haggled over, or abandoned at checkout. Holding items you are not committed to buying, or holding items in hopes of getting a better price, is not fair to staff or to the shoppers waiting in line. If a pile is abandoned or heavily edited, we may return the entire pile to the sale and decline the purchase.

A small number of sensitive WWII-era historical artifacts are available by request only. They are not openly displayed and are being handled discreetly for historical collecting and preservation purposes.

Please bring patience, respect, and time to dig. This is a true collector estate, not a quick walk through sale.
